Edge Effect offers personal and group training for fitness and self defense, adaptive exercise,                                          and Rock Steady Boxing for those fighting Parkinson's. 

Our programs combine kettlebell training, boxing and martial arts to provide a balance of strength, endurance and mentally engaging training. Our gym is equipped with heavy bags, speed, bags, double end bags, kettlebells, barbells, Airdyne bikes, rowers, and 1000 square feet of open mat space. Whether you choose personal training or group training, we can help you get better at what you do in life. Private, custom designed adaptive exercise classes are also available.

Owner and coach Randy Simpson holds Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Conditioning, and the following professional credentials:

  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer

  • NASM MMA Conditioning Specialist

  • Functional Movement Screen Level 1

  • Rock Steady Boxing Coach

  • 3rd degree black belt, Karate

  • Brown belt, Judo
