"A workout should give you more than it takes out of you."
-Ivan Ivanov

Fitness isn't just about how you look- it's about how you feel, how you move, and how you function. Fitness is more than a goal- it's a practice. It doesn't need to involve a lot of time or gear and complicated workouts to get results. Martial arts and Kettlebell training share these philosophies, and Edge Effect offers a unique system that combines the benefits of both into a challenging, effective way to develop fitness and useful skills. Whether you're concerned about learning to protect yourself, improving your health, cross training or exploring new ways to stay fit, we can help you find your path.

  • Want to *be* strong instead of just *looking* strong? Kettlebell training offers the best combination of strength, endurance, and mobility and builds a durable, resilient body. We're proud to offer RKC certified training, based on the deceptively simply methods that have made kettlebell training the go-to for sports teams, military units, and elite athletes.

  • Our Boxing and Kickboxing classes teach serious striking skills while burning upwards of 600 calories/hour and improving mind-body fitness (coordination, balance, speed, power and agility).

  • Our Judo program provides training in standing grappling and throws that is absolutely essential for self defense and modern combat sports.

  • Members can choose the balance of classes that works best for them- but we recommend going all-in to become your healthiest, most powerful self. Personal Training and small Group Training memberships are available.
